Gets a summary of the ads rating of a site.

Args:
  name: string, The required site name. It should be a site property registered in Search
Console. The server will return an error of BAD_REQUEST if this field is
not filled in. (required)
  x__xgafv: string, V1 error format.
    Allowed values
      1 - v1 error format
      2 - v2 error format
